Banana and Raisin Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup of bread (2 slices) - chopped
1 banana - chopped
2 tsp of brown sugar
2/3 of milk
1 egg
1 - 2 tsp of cinnamon
30gm of butter (melted)
Methods:
Preheat oven @ 180 Deg C.
Mixed egg, sugar, milk and butter.
Add in chopped bread and banana. Mixed well. Placed mixture into a rankins and on a tray. Add in hot water till ½ of the rankin bowl.
Baked for 30 – 45 mins till golden brown and cooked.
