Classic Tiramisu
Ingredients:
250gm of low fat cream cheese
250gm of low fat ricotta cheese
50ml of vanilla custard
2 tps of icing sugar
2/4 of coffee liqueur essence (Cafe de crème)
1 cup of coffee
250gm of sponge finger
Cocoa powder

Methods:
Mixed coffee and coffee liqueur essence (or kaular) in a bowl.
1) Soak sponge finger in the mixture, and place it on the loaf pan.
2) Blend cream cheese, ricotta cheese, vanilla custard, icing sugar with 1 tsp of coffee liqueur essence till smooth and creamy.
Pour in the cheese mixture on top of the sponge finger.
Repeat the steps 1 and 2 till loaf pan is filled up.
Sprinkles cocoa powder on top..

Refridge overnight, and serve.
Mmmh.. taste not bad..
