Rojak.. cinamon french loaf.. fellowship.. buffet.. work.. report.. n sch reopening..

So fast.. 2 weeks of tution free weeks coming to an end.. mmh.. that's life.. especially while you are still studying.. report to accomplish.. time to study.. presentation..etc.. no worry.. thing on the birght side.. in time to come.. graduating soon.. **although still find working life more satisfying**..

During last fellowship.. shared abt 1 Corinthians 11:17-34.. regards to the word "unworthy manner"... learnt that unworthy manner refers to "sharing.. loving.. waiting for one another".. not to indulge yourself in food, wine, etc.. w/o having concern for your fellow bro/sis.. happens in the city of Corin.. where it is one of the major capital for trading.. hence.. beside being prepared to worship the lord.. sanctify your heart and soul (as everybody make mistakes @ times).. it is important to think, show care and concern about the wellbeing of fellow mates.. not just thinking about your own wellbeing.. believe that's where this verse should apply.. 1 Corinthina 13 - LOVE..
Recently.. made Rojak + Cinanmon french loaf (supposely to be bread)..
Rojak:
Ingredients:
Cucumber
Pineapples
Green apples
Turnips
Beansprouts
Beancurd (Grilled)
Peanuts
Sauce:
Sambal prawn paste
Lemon / Lime juice


Cinnamon french loaf (bread)
Ingredients:
Plain flour (2.5 cups)
Sugar (2 tspn)
Cinnamon powder (2 tspn)
1 Egg
Baking powder (2 tspn)
Dry yeast (2 tspn)
Warm milk
Butter
Oven: 160 Deg C (Preheat)
Long process : approx 2 hours preparation time (Knead - Dough to double in size (Abt 1 hr) - Punch dough with fist (to flatten it) - Knead - cinamon in b/w the layer (Rect shape) - roll it up - Leave it for 30 - 40mins (Double it size) - heat it in oven for approx 40 ~ 45 mins).. RMb.. not to over heat the oven.. if not.. the cbread crust will be like french loaf..
Went for this buffet king @ Melville.. 2 times in a week.. mainly - chinese food.. chicken (fried + sweet n sour).. laksa.. chicken rice.. noodles.. spring rolls... samosa.. veg.. soup.. desserts (sago.. grass jelly.. cakes.. bread.. jelly).. varieties.. weekday - $11 .. weekend - $13.. too much.. cant digest.. nice try.. once in a while..
Many test and presentation and mid sems coming up.. prayfully.. do my best.. study hard..n do well in presentation..
"Cant believe in a week.. there are 5 ppl having birthday".. why do parent love mid of april ??..haa..
