Brought huggy to shelly bridge for a run.. weather was good.. but.. too many houseflies.. that makes it irritating.. too bad.. just gt to bear with it.. initially.. when first arrived in Perth.. some of my friend was saying.. there would be so many housefly.. that you can simply take to slices of bread.. n catch all of them.. as housefly sandwiches.. in actual fact.. it wasnt that many.. just the buzzing around.. landing on your face.. body..makes it irritating.. that life.. God created them for a purposes.. think he is simply too friendly.. wagging his tail at everybody.. running over to greet them.. haa
Baked apple crumble today..
Ingredient:
Filling:
4 apples
50g water
2 tps sugar
*a tingle of honey
Crumble:
1 cup of plain flour (used wheat flour - healthier *Assumed)
2 tps sugar 100g butter/margarine
Cinnamon powder (spice)
Oats
Custard topping:
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk (warm)
2 tps sugar
1 tps vanilla essence
Filling: Diced the apples.. place all ingredient in the pot.. simmered for approx. 15 ~20 mins.. till apples are soft..
Crumbles: Chopped butter/magarine into diced form (prefer).. mixed all ingredients together.. using fingertip.. to obtain the crumby crumb..
Custard topping: Mixed all ingredient together.. boiled over the pans for 2~3mins.. off the stove.. stirred/ beat it for few mins.. to thicken the custard..
Final: Preheat oven to 190 Deg.. placed into oven for approx 20 ~25mins.. till golden brown.. * Apple crumble is best eaten when warmed..
