Attended my first KB lesson at "Nine Dragon Martial Arts Academy" ytd.. it was fun but tiring.. require lots of workout, crawling, passing balls, push up, kicking, boxing, etc.. continously for an hour.. in winter.. it's considered a rare occasion to be able to perspire that much.. haa.. kind of different from what I learnt in SG.. probably the one in SG is under Amore fitness - more for the women.. whereas this current one.. is a mixture.. mostly for guys i suppose.. out of 15 students.. mostly males.. as the workout is pretty taxing.. as what the instructor told me.. it was for fitness + self defence... must be able to maintain the body posture.. the punches and kicks right.. most important.. the balancing of the body (not to trip and fall over)..

After the classes, felt aches on the arms, biceps and femoris areas.. that's for sure.. anyway.. nice experiences, will be joining for a couple more lessons before signing up.. as they allow 1 week trial period..
